If you have a mySewnet Subscription, you can simply click on the ''paper plane'' icon to send the embroidery design between your mySewnet-enabled devices, mySewnet Library and mySewnet Embroidery Software.
If you want to combine several embroidery designs and edit them in mySewnet Embroidery Software, the best way is to save them all to mySewnet Cloud and access from there.
If you don't have a mySewnet Library Subscription, you can still buy individual embroidery designs from mySewnet Library, save them in the preferred format and transfer to your machine using USB device.
Make sure you downloaded and installed the Explorer plug-in on your computer. You will find it on the download page HERE. If you still have an issue make sure you are not connected to One Drive.
