Charming Table Runner Made Easy with Charm Packs

This is what you need:
- 20 light green squares 5x5”
- 19 medium green squares 5x5”
- Fabric for binding 4 strips 2” wide
- Sewing thread
- Fusible thin batting same size as the finished table runner
- Fabric for backing same size as the finished table runner plus 1” (2,5cm) extra on all sides.
If you have a Momento cutting machine you also need:

How to do:
- Lay out the patches in the right order, see image below for clarity
- Sew the patches together in rows (columns) Press the seam allowances towards the darker fabric.
- Sew the rows (columns) together. Take care to match the seams between the squares. Press the seam allowances open or to one side.
- Now it should look like this:
Adding backing and batting:
- Put the backing on the table, wrong side up.
- Place batting on top and fuse in place following the manufacturer's directions.
- Place the quilt top right side up on the batting.
- Pin in place through all layers.
- Stitch lines on both sides of the squares horizontally and vertically. Use the presser foot as a guide. Topstitch close to the edge of the quilt to hold the layers together.
