Yes, as projects and designs are able to be saved to the mySewnet Vault, you can access your saved projects and images from any compatible computer or tablet that you can log in to your mySewnet account from.

- Check that both computer or tablet are on the same WiFi network as the machine.
- Try the manual WiFi setup. You can find the machine's IP address by clicking the gear in the upper right corner of the machine to get to the Settings.
- Select WiFi and it will display the WiFi network and IP address of the machine
- If you cannot connect to the machine using this process, you can always connect via USB cord.
- Also confirm that you are using a 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz
Yes, you can purchase individual designs and projects a la carte.
They are similar, but cannot be used interchangeably. The embroidery software and designs are to be used with sewing machines. The new crafting software empowers your SINGER momento crafting machine.
Yes! You can always access mySewnet Library to purchase individual designs. However, to get full, unlimited use of all 9,000-plus designs in mySewnet Library, you'll need a subscription.
If you have a mySewnet Subscription, you can simply click on the ''paper plane'' icon to send the embroidery design between your mySewnet-enabled devices, mySewnet Library and mySewnet Embroidery Software.
If you want to combine several embroidery designs and edit them in mySewnet Embroidery Software, the best way is to save them all to mySewnet Cloud and access from there.
If you don't have a mySewnet Library Subscription, you can still buy individual embroidery designs from mySewnet Library, save them in the preferred format and transfer to your machine using USB device.

Yes, If you cancel the subscription, you will still have the access until the expiration of the current subscription period.
With a subscription, if you have installed the most recent updates you will have access to the latest features for the subscription plan you are on.
The boxed mySewnet Embroidery Software version includes the features listed on the box, plus bug and maintenance fixes, as well as updates that support accessories such as hoops or the embellishment attachments

We do recommend that you stay connected to the Internet as often as possible to take advantage of live content such as mySewnet Library and Blog, mySewnet Cloud and automatic updates to mySewnet Embroidery Software.
